TERMS AND CONDITIONS


These terms and conditions constitute an Agreement between Apter International Ltd and its customers. Customers are referred to herein as Practitioners.

OWNERSHIP
Practitioner agrees that ownership of all aspects of the entire Apter International suite of instruments resides with Apter International. Ownership of the instruments copyrights resides exclusively with Apter International, including modifications made based on suggestions from the Practitioner. Apter International has the right to modify any aspect of the suite of instruments and ancillary materials at its sole discretion.

A copy of any report created by the Practitioner using data from an Apter International instrument will be provided to Apter International. Reports include but are not limited to group summary reports, research manuscripts, dissertations, theses, etc. Both published and unpublished materials are included in this requirement.

The Practitioner will comply with all ethical principles and legal standards of presiding professional organisations (e.g., American Psychological Association, British Psychological Society, Socit Franaise de Psychologie) with respect to consulting standards, protection of confidentiality, and other guidelines applicable to personality or psychometric instruments.

The Practitioner will not use any of the Apter International suite of instruments to make personnel decisions (e.g., selection, promotion, or hiring decisions). The Practitioner agrees her or she will use the instruments for counseling, coaching or developmental purposes only.

Practitioner may purchase Apter International instruments at the published rates and discounts. Practitioner agrees to adhere by all published commercial terms. Apter International may at its sole discretion change the price of any of the instruments with 60 days written notice to Practitioner.

All these conditions will apply to other persons collaborating with the named Practitioner, and it will be the Practitioners obligation to ensure that these conditions are known to all collaborators.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of participation in a programme or other scheduled event by the Practitioner, the following charges apply:

Within 2 weeks of programme or event 
100% (0% refund)

Between 2 and 4 weeks of programme or event
50% (50% refund)

More than 4 weeks before programme or event
25% (75% refund)

RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with one of our products, simply contact us at enquiries@apterinternational.com. We will resolve each situation on a case-by-case basis. Please Note: We regret that this policy does not apply to enrolment in scheduled programmes and/or events (see Cancellation Policy above).

FORCE MAJEURE
Apter International shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay resulting from causes beyond our control including, but not limited to fire, explosion, accident, flood, industrial dispute, shortages of labour, fuel, power or transportation delays caused by suppliers, act of any sovereign government, war, act of terrorism or act of God.
