UNITED KINGDOM

1. WHICH COUNTRIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE UK?
The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses.

2. WHAT ABOUT ORDERS TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE UK?
For deliveries to the locations outside the UK, please contact us at enquiries@apterinternational.com for shipping charges and delivery times.

3. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All items destined for an address in the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail (First Class) or ParcelForce. For expedited delivery service (such as DHL Express), please contact us at enquiries@apterinternational.com for shipping charges and delivery times.

4. WHAT IF I WANT TO PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?
If you would like to collect your order in person at an Apter International office or at one of our events, simply click on the box marked "shipping is not required" where you enter Billing and Shippng details.  You will not be charged for shipping.

5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We will endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours. Delivery time for first class mail to an address in the UK is typically one working day. Thus, you can expect to receive your order approximately two-three days after placing your order. Note: Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or after 3:00 PM UK Time Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day.

6. HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
A single flat fee will be charged for each shipment, based on the amount in sterling of the items to be shipped.

7. WHAT ABOUT TAX?
We collect tax according to local and national laws governing e-commerce in the United Kingdom . All prices listed are exclusive of VAT. VAT (currently 15%) is calculated on the total amount of your order minus the purchase amount arising from books, which are exempt from VAT. The VAT amount is added to your order total at checkout. Your receipt is a VAT receipt. It itemises the amount paid for goods and services separately from VAT amounts, and includes Apter International's tax identification number.

The following countries are included in our definition of the US for delivery purposes: all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.

2. WHAT ABOUT ORDERS TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE THE US?
For deliveries to locations outside the US, please contact us at enquiries@apterinternational.com for shipping charges and delivery times.

3. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All orders destined for an address in the US will be dispatched by US First Class Mail or UPS Ground service. For expedited delivery (such as Federal Express, UPS or DHL), please contact us at enquiries@apterinternational.com for shipping charges and delivery times.

4. WHAT IF I WANT TO PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?
If you would like to collect your order in person at an Apter International office or at one of our events, simply click on the box marked "shipping is not required" where you enter Billing and Shippng details.  You will not be charged for shipping.

7. WHAT ABOUT TAX?
All prices listed are exclusive of sales tax. We collect and report sales tax according to local and national laws governing e-commerce in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Sales tax of 4.5% is collected on orders sent to all Virginia addresses. Sales tax is not collected on orders shipped to locations outside Virginia. The sales tax amount is added to your order total at checkout.
